fofu Terms & Conditions Please take a few moments to read the following terms and conditions of sale.
Artwork variations Images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours and sizes are indicative and may vary slightly according to various monitor settings and screen resolutions. Variations will sometimes occur due to the nature of hand created work. Selected artworks are created on a commission basis. (see listing for details)
Payment We accept the following payment methods: Visa and Mastercard Credit/Debit cards via PayPoint - please call 01303 211368 with your details. Paypal - a secure online payment method. You can register online at www.paypal.com Cheques and postal orders. Cheques are payable to: R. Ashwood. Send to: fofu Gallery, 11 Rendezvous street, Folkestone, CT20 1EY. Bank Transfer (Please email for account details).
Delivery UK Products are dispatched by a courier service. Once payment is received you will receive an email notification. Artworks are prepared for delivery on the next working day & dispatched the following working day (unless stated otherwise in the email) by DHL, 3-5 days, DHL 2 days or DHL 1 day (dependent on which service is paid for.) Deliveries are Monday - Friday only. Saturday UK deliveries are available on request for a higher premium (additional £10). Each work is insured during transit & dispatched by an insured courier service.
Paintings are packaged with extreme care using several layers of quality packing materials and specially designed, strong outer cartons. On arrival, please take a few moments to check the parcel. If damage is evident, you do not have to accept the package and it will be returned. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please retain all the original packaging as this is required for a successful claim and notify fofu Gallery immediately.
Occasionally delays occur due to reasons beyond our control. fofu is not responsible for delivery time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
Delivery International Products are dispatched by Fed Ex service which usually takes 5 -10 business days (USA/Canada) 10 business days (Australia). Europe: Fed Ex/DHL - 5 -10 business days. Collections are twice per week from our studios. This service is insured. Once payment is received you will receive an email notification. Paintings are prepared for delivery on the next working day & dispatched the next available International collection day. (unless stated otherwise in the email). Deliveries are Monday - Friday only. Frequently, parcels are be delayed in customs whilst the customs declaration and paperwork are investigated.

In the event of damage, successful claims will be awarded the value of the aertwork only.
Returns Fofu Gallery hopes that you are completely satisified with your artwork. If you would like to return the piece for any other reason excluding damage in transit, please notify us and return the piece in its original condition and packaging within 7 days by an insured delivery service. You will be refunded the original purchase price of the painting/s, minus any shipping fees paid.
Listing content We endeavour to ensure that all painting details, imagery and pricing is correct, however, due to human error mistakes do sometimes occur.
